Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any hygienic products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or no longer require it, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
